Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Construction Manager to lead on-site homebuilding activities in our Missouri communities. You will manage schedules, trade partners, and quality control from pre-construction to move-in, ensuring cost discipline and timely project delivery.

The role requires residential construction management experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Build Pro, Procore, and MS Office. Local travel and site presence are expected as part of duties.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred or 3–5 years of construction/homebuilding experience.
• Residential construction management experience is required.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities from inception to move-in across assigned communities.
• Conduct twice-daily home walks to monitor progress and maintain schedules.
• Supervise pre-construction, pre-drywall, and final presentation meetings.
• Negotiate inspector/trade partner issues with cost-effective resolutions.
• Manage trade partner communications and invoice approvals via Build Pro.
• Provide feedback on trade partner timeliness and quality to leadership.
• Maintain safety logs and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
