Qualifications

• 3 - 7 years of Residential Construction Experience, including the entire building process from concrete to turnover to builder.
• Certifications/licenses such as ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician – Grade 1.
• OSHA 10/30-Hour certification is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor risk management program on multiple sites, ensuring inspections and documentation are completed thoroughly.
• Attend client orientations and project kickoff meetings.
• Review product specifications and ensure applications meet manufacturer specs.
