Job summary

PEG, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented construction professional to oversee the inspection and execution of its Risk Management Program across residential, multi-family residential, and light commercial developments. You will monitor projects from foundation through turnover, ensure compliance with standards and codes, review plans, and coordinate inspections to protect client quality and margins.

This role covers sites within a 200-mile radius centered on Trenton, NJ, with on-site inspections,

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of Residential Construction Experience from concrete to turnover.
• Must be willing to obtain additional certifications/licenses as required (e.g. ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician – Grade 1)

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction activity to ensure inspections occur within established Risk Management Program parameters.
• Attend client/community orientation and kickoff meetings.
• Review product specifications to ensure applications meet manufacturers' specs.
• Coordinate with client contractors to complete Risk Management Program.
• Maintain construction documents and schedules on SharePoint.
• Support Field Operations with daily pre-drywall and final inspections.
