Job summary

PEG, LLC, a diverse energy efficiency and environmental consulting firm, seeks a detail-oriented construction professional to oversee the Risk Management Program across residential and light commercial developments. The role focuses on inspections, plan reviews, and field issue resolution to protect build quality and margins.

Responsibilities include monitoring sites, coordinating with contractors, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with codes and manufacturer specs.

Qualifications

• 3 - 7 years of Residential Construction Experience, including the entire building process from concrete to turnover to builder.
• OSHA 10/30 preferred but not required.
• Must be willing to obtain additional certifications/licenses as required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction activity to ensure structures are inspected within the Risk Management Program parameters.
• Coordinate with client contractors to complete the Risk Management Program.
• Maintain construction documents and schedules; provide field reports and training as needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety programs and manage site inspections from foundation through turnover.
