Job summary

PEG, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented construction professional to oversee the inspection and execution of the company’s Risk Management Program across residential, multi-family residential, and light commercial developments. You will monitor projects from foundation through turnover, ensuring compliance with standards and specifications.

In this role you will coordinate with clients and contractors, manage field communications, and continually improve the process to protect margins and client

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of residential construction experience.
• Willing to obtain additional certifications/licenses (e.g., ACI).
• OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inspections and project activity within the Risk Management Program.
• Review product specifications to ensure compliance with manufacturers' specifications.
• Coordinate with clients and contractors to complete the Risk Management Program.
• Maintain site blueprints and SharePoint documentation.
• Support client training and resolve field-related issues.
• Stay current on codes and improve program efficiency.
