Job summary

PEG, LLC is seeking an Energy & Risk Management Inspector to conduct detailed home energy audits and risk management inspections in accordance with RESNET/Energy Star Guidelines. The role covers field inspections across multiple construction phases, using specialized equipment for blower door and duct testing, and ensuring documentation and client satisfaction.

The position requires strong knowledge of residential construction, HVAC systems, and building science, with travel within a 100-mile

Qualifications

• HVAC, building science knowledge required.
• RESNET/HERS certification required.
• Must obtain ACI Field Testing Technician G1 within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform Home Energy Audits per RESNET/Energy Star guidelines.
• Inspect construction phases from footings to turnover.
• Coordinate inspections with field operations and clients.
