Job summary

Spectrum seeks a Residential Connectivity Sales Specialist to promote internet, TV, mobile, and voice solutions to residential customers. You will prospect and qualify leads, conduct in-home or virtual consultations, tailor connectivity packages, explain features, demonstrate equipment, and close sales while meeting targets.

You will also manage your pipeline in CRM tools, follow up on leads, and ensure a positive experience from first contact through installation, partnering with service teams

Qualifications

• Experience selling telecom/connectivity products preferred.
