Charter Communications, operating as Spectrum, is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a residential connectivity sales team in Birmingham, AL. You will guide a high-performing group to meet or exceed targets while delivering exceptional customer value.

The role requires outside sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel within assigned territories. You will train staff, coordinate with other teams, and manage commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of outside sales or related work experience.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Able to lift 10-20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of a residential sales team to achieve sales targets and grow customer base.
• Recruit, interview, hire and train Residential Connectivity Sales staff, ensuring team development and readiness.
• Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable for results, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Assess training needs, identify knowledge gaps and implement development plans for the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to accomplish objectives and support business decisions.
• Oversee payroll approval and commission payments for accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of Spectrum product offerings, market trends and competitor activity.
