Job summary

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, a calm and courteous demeanor, and prior concierge/front-desk experience. The position offers competitive pay of $20.40 per hour with a Fri-Sat 3:00 PM–11:00 PM and Sun-Mon 11:00 PM–7:00 AM schedule, plus potential for an extra night shift.

Qualifications

• Swing shift schedule required (Fri-Sat 3 PM–11 PM, Sun-Mon 11 PM–7 AM).
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Illinois PERC card and 20-hour security training certificate (or ability to obtain).
• Minimum 2 years of residential concierge or front desk security experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Drug screening and background check required.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

We are seeking a professional and reliable Concierge Security Officer to join our team as a concierge for a FT swing shift position. This position is responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment at a residential property. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, a calm and courteous demeanor, and previous experience in a concierge or front-desk role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Enforce access control procedures and monitor visitor management systems
• Observe, report, and document incidents, safety hazards, or suspicious activity
• Conduct routine patrols of the property to ensure a secure and orderly environment
• Maintain situational awareness and respond promptly to emergencies or concerns
• Adhere to all company policies, post orders, and client procedures
• Communicate effectively with property management, clients, team members, and contractors
• Responsibly use company and client-provided equipment for security and monitoring tasksPerform additional duties as required by site management or MFort supervisors

• Open to working a swing schedule, see below for schedule.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must have a valid Illinois PERC card and 20-hour security training certificate (or ability to obtain)
• Minimum 2 years of residential concierge or front desk security experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
• Capable of standing and walking for extended periods
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must pass a drug screening and background check

Schedule & Compensation:

• Shift:Fri and Sat 3:00 PM- 11:00 PM, Sun and Mon 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (This is one set schedule at one site)
  • Can pick up an extra 3rd shift(11PM-7AM) on Tuesdays for 40 hours
• Pay Rate: $20.40 per hour
