Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid Illinois PERC card and 20-hour security training certificate (or ability to obtain).
• Minimum 1 year of residential concierge or front desk security experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
• Capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
• Able to work independently and overnight.
• Must pass a drug screening and background check.

• Observe, report, and document incidents and hazards.
• Conduct routine patrols to maintain security and order.
• Maintain situational awareness and respond to emergencies promptly.

• Receive and place delivered packages in the mail room.
• Communicate with management, clients, team members, and contractors.
• Use equipment responsibly for security tasks.
• Perform additional duties as required by management.

• Observe, report, and document incidents, safety hazards, or suspicious activity
• Conduct routine patrols of the property to ensure a secure and orderly environment
• Maintain situational awareness and respond promptly to emergencies or concerns
• Adhere to all company policies, post orders, and client procedures
• Handle packages delivered to the site and place in mail room accordingly
• Communicate effectively with property management, clients, team members, and contractors
• Responsibly use company and client-provided equipment for security and monitoring tasks
• Perform additional duties as required by site management or MFort supervisors
