Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Denver seeks a Residential Page to ensure a premier living experience for residents. You will promptly deliver parcels, assist with door, luggage, and transportation needs, and act as the primary contact for House Car services within the Residential Concierge team.

You will collaborate with Residential Leaders to support cross-training and career growth while maintaining exceptional service standards and confidentiality in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Professional and courteous attitude; deals effectively with all levels of internal and external contacts.
• Ability to focus attention on details, be well organized and follow up.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and with other departments as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with door, luggage, transportation requirements, parcels, groceries, etc.
• Provide information regarding hotel events, outlets and amenities.
• Answer telephones at the residence’s concierge desk and deliver messages and items to condominiums.
• Perform special projects as directed by supervisor or Residential Manager.
• Input resident arrangements in software and coordinate with external providers for billing.
• Update homeowner profiles with relevant information.
• Manage access to buildings and units for vendors and residents, and assist with scheduling.
