Job summary

Four Seasons Denver is seeking a guest services team member to warmly welcome and register hotel guests, assist with accommodations, and process payments. You will also answer a variety of guest requests, adding personal touches to ensure exceptional satisfaction.

The role requires flexibility in schedule, including mornings, afternoons, weekends and holidays, and a strong command of English. Prior customer service experience is valued, and legal work authorization in the United States is

Qualifications

• Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Requires attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Good command of the English language.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment.
• Checks guest out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill.
• Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
• This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work morning/afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays.
