Job summary

Planned Companies in Arlington, VA is seeking an Operations Manager to lead Concierge/Security/Janitorial services for residents and guests. You will build a professional Concierge team while upholding our Customer Service Standard and managing payroll budget goals.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm with weekend availability; offering an annual salary of $80,000 plus bi-weekly gas allowance and bonus.

Qualifications

• 5 years customer service experience (preferred).
• 3 years security experience (preferred).
• Experience in field supervisory/management position.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Concierge Operations per expectations.
• Maintain client satisfaction and contract retention.
• Greet clients warmly and bid farewell.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise team members.
• Coach staff to respond to emergencies.
• Manage payroll using Company Scheduler to ensure budget compliance.
• Complete payroll tasks by deadlines.
• Coordinate services for clients (car service, dog walking, etc.).
• Coordinate contractor arrivals/departures and home visits.
• Fill shifts to maintain staffing.
• Attend meetings/trainings; ensure team participation.
