Job Description:

The Residential Concierge is a frontline representative of the property, responsible for supporting residents with day-to-day needs, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive living environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a passion for hospitality and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet residents and guests with professionalism and warmth
  • Assist new residents with move-in processes and orientation
  • Communicate building policies, amenity details, and general resident information
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Use property management software and internal tools to track and resolve requests
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless resident experience
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming lobby/front desk area
  • Listen empathetically and provide helpful, solution-based responses to resident concerns

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or residential services
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or property systems a plus
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Friendly, helpful attitude and a commitment to professionalism
  • Flexible and team-oriented mindset

Additional Details:

  • Full-time, onsite role in New York, NY
  • Contract-to-hire opportunity with potential for permanent placement
  • Monday–Friday schedule, with some weekend flexibility preferred
