CRM Residential is seeking a Community Manager in Philadelphia, PA to lead a residential community and drive top-line performance. The role oversees on-site teams, leasing, and financials, ensuring excellent resident experiences.

The ideal candidate brings 2–5 years in property management, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with budgets and maintenance operations. RealPage OneSite experience is preferred; college degree is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of property management or related management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience with budgets, financial reports, vendors, and maintenance operations.
• RealPage OneSite experience preferred.
• College degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate the property team.
• Drive occupancy through leasing, marketing, and resident retention.
• Oversee rent collections, budgets, expenses, and financial reporting.
• Maintain strong resident relations and excellent customer service.
• Monitor maintenance operations, unit turns, curb appeal, and vendor performance.
• Conduct property inspections and address operational or safety concerns.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing requirements and applicable housing programs.
• Partner with the Regional Manager to achieve property goals.
• Maintain accurate records using RealPage OneSite.
