Qualifications

• 2-5 years of property management or related management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience with budgets, financial reports, vendors, and maintenance operations.
• RealPage OneSite experience preferred.
• College degree preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate the property team.
• Drive occupancy through leasing, marketing, and resident retention.
• Oversee rent collections, budgets, expenses, and financial reporting.
• Maintain strong resident relations and excellent customer service.
• Monitor maintenance operations, unit turns, curb appeal, and vendor performance.

• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing requirements and applicable housing programs.
• Partner with the Regional Manager to achieve property goals; maintain accurate records using RealPage OneSite.

CRM Residential is seeking an experienced and motivated Community Manager to lead a residential community in Philadelphia, PA. This role is responsible for the overall financial, operational, leasing, maintenance, and team performance of the property.

As Community Manager, you’ll lead the on-site team, create a positive resident experience, maintain strong property performance, and ensure the community is operated efficiently and professionally.
