Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-family apartment property management in a leadership role.
• Experience leading capital improvements, unit renovations, and staff development.
• Experience managing a staff of at least 5.

Responsibilities

• Leasing and Marketing: create and implement marketing plans, track traffic, adjust prices, showcase features, prepare lease documents, resolve resident concerns, follow up on inquiries, assist in resident retention.
• Operating and Financials: create annual operating budget, explain variances, maintain organized office with records, coordinate maintenance with the in-house team.
