Job summary

Enclave Property Management is seeking a dedicated Community Manager to oversee a residential community at 300 Lime Apartments. This full-time role focuses on on-site operations, resident relations, budget oversight, and maintaining compliance with policies.

You’ll lead a team of on-site staff to ensure a safe, well-maintained living environment. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, at least 3 years in sales, and familiarity with property management tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a track record of success.
• Residential property management experience is a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with AppFolio is a bonus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of Assistant Community Managers, Leasing Consultants, and Resident Ambassadors to achieve goals.
• Oversee on-site operations, optimize sales processes, and maintain curb appeal and reputation.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve property financials through invoices, contracts, and market analysis.
• Own the delinquency and collections process, supporting residents with payment plans.
• Provide outstanding customer service and lead by example to create a welcoming environment.
