Job summary

Enclave Property Management is seeking a Residential Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at 300 Lime Apartments in Fargo, ND. You will manage resident relations, ensure policy compliance, and supervise on-site staff to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting and rent collection oversight, and experience with property management software such as AppFolio. A high school diploma and at least three years of sales or customer-service experience are

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a track record of success.
• Residential property management experience is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with AppFolio is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations and maintenance of the residential community.
• Manage resident relations, inquiries, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Ensure budgeting, rent collection, and financial reporting are accurate and timely.
• Lead and mentor on-site staff including Assistant Community Managers, Leasing Consultants, and Resident Ambassadors.
• Maintain curb appeal and property reputation through vendor relationships and market analysis.
