The McCall Behavioral Health Network is seeking a Residential Clinician to provide clinical services within our Western Connecticut residential programs, including Torrington facilities. Licensure (LADC, LPC, LMFT, LCSW) and at least 3 years of experience with recovering persons are preferred; Spanish ability is a plus.
Expect Joint Commission-aligned care and adherence to DMHAS/ASAM guidelines. Exempt, full-time position with pay starting at $65,000 for associates and $70,000 for fully-licensed
The Residential Clinician will have the primary responsibility of providing all clinical services to clients in our residential programs. The hours of clinical services provided depend upon the level of care (3.7, 3.5, 3.1). This position is responsible for delivering Joint Commission-accredited services and meeting all required benchmarks as specified by DPH, ASAM guidelines, and DMHAS.
LADC, LPC, LMFT, LCSW licensure required, at least 3 years of previous experience with recovering persons preferred. Previous experience with an electronic health record preferred. Ability to communicate in Spanish preferred. Must have excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk, using the phone, and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
Valid Driver’s license with the ability to transport others using company vehicles.
