Job summary

The McCall Behavioral Health Network is hiring a Recovery Support Professional I for Glenlunan on the 2nd shift (Tue–Sat, 4p–12a). The role is full-time, non-exempt, with starting pay of $20 per hour and benefits described below.

You will maintain clinical records, assist in connecting clients to community supports, and provide transportation and intake coordination across residential programs. Proficiency in Spanish/Portuguese is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience with recovering persons preferred.
• Previous experience with an electronic health record preferred.
• Must have organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains appropriate clinical records and reports according to established timelines.
• Assists in the connection to needed resources, including entitlements and other supports necessary for recovery, including Community Supports.
• Conducts rounds consistently to ensure client and environmental safety.
• Participates in regularly scheduled staff meetings regarding client treatment and meets weekly with the Clinical Supervisor or Supervisor.
• Collects urine samples for drug testing as requested by the supervisor and Clinician.
• Provides transportation to clients for appointments as needed.
• Provides services in other residential programs as necessary.
• Any additional responsibilities assigned by the supervisor

Pay Range begins at $20.00/hour

Schedule: 2nd Shift Tuesday through Saturday 4p - 12a

QUALIFICATIONS

High School diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience with recovering persons preferred. Previous experience with an electronic health record preferred. Ability to communicate in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred. Must have organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk, using the phone, and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.

Valid Driver’s license required with the ability to transport others using company vehicles.
