Job summary

YWCA Fort Wayne seeks a Client Care Technician to provide residential support, supervise residents, and ensure safety and policy adherence in a recovery-focused program.

This full-time, hourly role runs Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, includes crisis response, intake duties, documentation, and collaboration with staff to maintain a respectful, compliant environment. CPR/First Aid certification, strong customer service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with ability to communicate professionally with a wide range of people.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion when handling confidential matters.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Flexibility to change work hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve client issues; maintain a high quality work environment.
• Assist with planning and carrying out groups and activities.
• Receive and respond to crisis calls.
• Complete welcome packets and intake duties.
• Maintain resident compliance with YWCA rules; document discipline when needed.
• Provide reinforcement or redirection and file write-ups as required.
