Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Professional registration (P.E., L.S.) in one or more states is preferred.
• 8+ years in civil engineering focused on residential subdivision design.
• 4+ years in civil engineering project management.
• 4+ years experience in Triad land development market preferred.
• Strong understanding of project accounting; able to manage schedule/budget across multiple projects.
• Experience in marketing and supervision of technical staff.
• Working knowledge of required software and tools; professional attitude and communication.

• Design portions of a project using Civil 3D and related software.
• Complete calculations using engineering formulas and/or computers to solve problems.
• Prepare materials specifications from catalogs for materials, installation and payment.
• Develop design details and plan sets.
• Prepare objective summary reports for project work or inspections.
• Assist in engineering and construction cost estimates.
• Conduct field observations and data collection as directed.
• Communicate with client staff and internal design team.
