Timmons Group is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager for our Land Development team in Greensboro, NC. The role leads diverse projects from multi-family developments to public infrastructure, guiding zoning, site plans, and construction support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates will have a Civil Engineering degree, 6+ years in land development, and strong PM and client communication skills, with Pro/E licensure preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional registration (P.E., L.S.) in one or more states is preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in land development.
• Strong project management and client communication skills.

Mansioni

• Lead design efforts using Civil 3D and other modeling technologies.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Prepare technical specifications and cost estimates.
• Work to complete design details and plan sets.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to business development.
