Job summary

Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems in West Chester, PA, is seeking a part-time Mental Health Professional to provide person-centered services in line with Recovery Model principles.

Responsibilities include life-skills coaching, crisis intervention, documenting progress, and coordinating with treatment teams. Associate degree and 1 year in human services are required; applicants must have clear criminal history checks and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with 1 year of experience in a human service-related field.
• Clearances: Criminal Clearance and Fingerprint-based federal criminal history; Valid Driver’s License.

• Assist residents with life skills development, including budgeting, self-care, medication management, and community living skills.
• Provide supportive counseling and crisis intervention when needed.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans.
• Connect residents with community resources and support services.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with treatment teams, providers, and supports to promote positive outcomes.

Education
