Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems - A Chimes Company in West Chester, PA is seeking a part-time/PRN position in the Mental Health Program. The role offers a pay rate of $18.00+ per hour and involves providing person-centered services within a Recovery Model framework.

The position requires an Associate's Degree with 1 year of experience in a human service-related field and valid clearances, including a criminal clearance and fingerprint-based background check, plus a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered services in accordance with Recovery Model principles and program standards.
• Assist residents with life skills development, including budgeting, self-care, medication management, and community living skills.
• Provide supportive counseling and crisis intervention when needed.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans.
• Connect residents with community resources and support services.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with treatment teams, providers, and supports to promote positive outcomes.
