Job summary

Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems is seeking a Residential Caseworker to provide person-centered services day shift in Kennett Square, PA. The role supports adults and families within a mental health program and requires an associate degree plus one year in human services.

You will engage in life-skills coaching, counseling, and crisis intervention, while developing individualized plans and coordinating with treatment teams. This is an on-site, full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

• Clearances: Criminal Clearance and Fingerprint-based federal criminal history; Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered services in accordance with Recovery Model principles and program standards.
• Assist residents with life skills development, including budgeting, self-care, medication management, and community living skills.
• Provide supportive counseling and crisis intervention when needed.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans.
• Connect residents with community resources and support services.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with treatment teams, providers, and supports to promote positive outcomes.
