Job summary

Road to Responsibility is hiring for a full-time role in Marshfield, MA. You will perform operational duties, case management, and documentation under the Residential Manager. Candidates should have a HS diploma or better, with 2+ years in human services or a related field, and a valid driver’s license.

The position includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus for new full-time hires and requires basic Word processing skills; trainings including medication administration are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1 year experience in human services or High School Diploma with 2+ years direct human services experience.
• Must be fluent in English and able to read, write, and interpret materials.
• Valid Driver’s License and transportation ability required.
• Must complete and maintain trainings including medication administration.
• Willing to authorize CORI background checks and protect DPPC information.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational duties as assigned by Residential Manager.
• Provide case management tasks: meetings, progress notes, assessments, and plans.
• Attend weekly staff meetings and document minutes; meet deadlines.
