Job summary

Road to Responsibility in Hingham, MA is hiring a Full-Time Care Associate to provide operational support under the Residential Manager. You will perform medication assistance, transportation, and daily program tasks to help individuals live independently.

The role requires a High School Diploma, valid driver’s license, ability to document accurately, and willingness to complete required trainings, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus for new full-time hires.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Willingness to authorize a CORI background check and related disclosures.
• Must complete all required trainings including medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational duties under Residential Manager (e.g., ordering medication, assisting with banking, groceries).
• Provide case management duties including progress notes and assessments.
• Attend weekly staff meetings and document minutes and reports.
• Transport and drive as required by program.
• Supervise and document shift activities and program reporting.
• Assist individuals with personal care and scheduling medical appointments.
• Administer medications as required per procedures.
• Support community living activities and social/leisure events.
