REM Community Services, part of Sevita, is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live well. This hourly role is non-exempt and can be full-time or part-time, with an every-other-weekend schedule.

You will provide daily living assistance, health maintenance, socialization, and community integration while documenting progress and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Working knowledge of computers.

Responsabilités

• Deliver direct support per individual service plans, including socialization and behavioral development.
• Assist with daily activities: personal care, housekeeping, transportation, and community integration.
• Accurately document progress and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain healthy relationships with individuals, families, guardians and case managers; follow Sevita standards.
• Report incidents and follow health directives.
