Job summary

Beacon Specialized Living Services (BSLS) seeks an experienced Home Manager to oversee residential homes, supervise Direct Support Professionals, and ensure regulatory compliance with HIPAA and licensing standards. You will manage budgets, coordinate admissions, and collaborate with clinical teams to maintain safety and wellbeing for individuals served.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years college coursework in business, social science, or related human service field.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years leadership experience in healthcare or behavioral health preferred.
• Must pass background checks and TB/drug tests where applicable.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned home(s) and ensure budgets and clinical effectiveness.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and ensure training.
• Maintain home facilities, scheduling, and coordinate repairs.
• Coordinate admissions with referral sources and licensing agencies.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and HR tasks with supervisor.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant records and daily health documentation.
