Responsibilities

• Operate assigned home(s) in a manner that will ensure company goals including meeting or exceeding our home budgets and clinical effectiveness set by the company and/or our customers.
• Supervise and develop Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to deliver high-quality care.
• Maintain assigned homes, systems, facilities, and furnishings in good working order.
• Coordinate with the maintenance department and supervisors for repairs and upkeep.
• Assist supervisor with contracting for services and evaluating contractor performance.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of homes and vehicles; manage schedules and staff duties.
• Communicate with direct supervisor daily and manage on-call responsibilities.
• Prepare meeting spaces and schedule staff for meetings.
• Build positive relationships with referral sources, government bodies, and assist in admissions coordination.
• Collaborate with Beacon leadership to improve operations, compliance, and staff performance.
• Uphold professional conduct and ensure home staff compliance during duty.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
