Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned homes to meet budget and clinical targets.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and ensure high-quality care.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and training across homes.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
• Manage census, admissions, and relationships with referral sources.
• Maintain financial records, payroll, and incident reporting.
