Job summary

Beacon Specialized Living Services, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee assigned residential homes, manage DSP supervision, and ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements. You will coordinate budget targets, admissions, and on-call coverage while leading a dedicated team of caregivers.

The role requires collaboration with the clinical team and regulators to maintain high-quality care and safe, compliant operations across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Knowledge of licensing, DHS, HIPAA and accreditation standards.
• Strong budgeting, payroll and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned home(s) to meet budget and clinical targets.
• Supervise DSPs and ensure staff training and competency.
• Maintain home(s) facilities and safety standards; coordinate repairs.
• Collaborate with supervisor, clinical team and regulators to ensure compliant operations.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and on-call coverage; monitor payroll costs and overtime.
• Coordinate admissions and maintain relationships with referral sources and licensing agencies.
