• Operate assigned home(s) to meet budgets and clinical effectiveness goals.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and ensure staff training.
• Maintain facilities and coordinate maintenance tasks with staff.
• Assist in contracting for services and evaluate contractor performance.
• Prepare and coordinate meetings and staff scheduling.
• Build relationships with referral sources, regulators, and licensing agencies.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve quality of operations and staff performance.
