Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Residential Program Coordinator in Minnesota to orchestrate services, schedule staff, and guide a team in delivering person-centered supports. You’ll work directly with individuals with disabilities, coordinating healthcare, nutrition, finances, and education programs while promoting independence and dignity.

Ideal candidates have at least 18, a valid license, and experience with disabilities or leadership roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities or one year as lead staff or a two-year related degree.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services related to finances, activities, healthcare, nutrition, household management, and educational/vocational programs.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate program coverage.
• Assist the supervisor in maintaining consistency in programming, individual supports, and team communication.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to staff and support team members.
• Perform direct support duties during assigned shifts, including personal cares, meal preparation, transportation, and other activities of daily living.
• Promote person-centered supports that foster independence, choice, dignity, and positive outcomes.
• Assist with household management and help maintain a clean, safe home environment.
