Job summary

Hope Family Partners in Maine seeks a Residential Coordinator to oversee daily operations of residential programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will supervise DSPs, ensure quality, and maintain compliance with HCBS standards while promoting person-centered supports.

The role requires scheduling flexibility, leadership, and strong documentation skills to support individualized plans and community integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience supervising residential or developmental disability services is preferred.
• Knowledge of MaineCare HCBS waiver programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned residential programs.
• Ensure ISPs are implemented and documentation is timely.
• Monitor medication administration practices (CRMA compliance).
• Supervise DSPs and House Managers; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with MaineCare HCBS standards and licensing.
