Qualifications

• Driver’s license required and ability to pass DHS background check.
• Will participate in required, paid MHACBO training and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents per individualized treatment plan.
• Administer prescribed medications and document on medical charts and count sheets.
• Transport clients to engage in treatment services and maintain program documentation.
• Maintain compliance with productivity and documentation standards as assigned.
