You will support residents per their treatment plan, focusing on personal care, environment, and limited group activities. The role requires QMHA registration within the first week, a related degree or equivalent experience, and the ability to pass a background check. Part-time swing schedule offered.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for QMHA registration through MHACBO within first week.
• Requires 1 of 3 criteria: bachelor’s in Behavioral Science, 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combo.
• Must meet driving and background check requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents per individualized treatment plan with focus on personal care, environmental intervention, and limited group activities.
• Administer prescribed medications and document on medical charts and count sheets per procedures.
• Transport clients to and from the program as needed to provide treatment services.
• Maintain productivity-related documentation compliance.
