Job summary

Beacon Specialized Living Services, Inc. is seeking a Home/Operations Manager to oversee multiple residential homes in the Kentucky region.

You will supervise Direct Support Professionals, manage budgets, and coordinate with regulators and admissions teams to ensure high-quality care. You will lead efforts to maintain compliant operations, timely reporting, and safe living environments while collaborating with leadership across functional areas.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and building effective teams.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and licensing standards.
• Ability to manage budgets, payroll, and expenses within residential programs.
• Excellent communication with supervisors, staff, and external partners.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making in a health services setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned homes to meet budgets and clinical goals.
• Supervise DSPs and ensure staff training and performance.
• Maintain home facilities, scheduling, and routine maintenance.
• Coordinate admissions, referrals, and relationships with regulators and agencies.
