Job summary

Beacon Specialized Living is seeking a residence operations supervisor to oversee assigned homes across various locations. The role requires supervising Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), ensuring regulatory and internal policy compliance, and coordinating with leadership to optimize operational performance.

The position focuses on maintaining safe, compliant homes, managing budgets, and collaborating with regulatory bodies and referral sources to support individuals served.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Operate assigned home to meet budgets and clinical effectiveness as directed.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and ensure training and skills for high-quality care.
• Maintain homes and related systems, facilities, and furnishings.
• Coordinate maintenance with staff and supervisors; address service contracts.
• Assist supervisor with contracting services and evaluate contractor performance.
• Maintain cleanliness of homes and vehicles; assign daily duties per shift.
• Communicate daily with supervisor and manage on-call responsibilities.
• Prepare meeting rooms and schedule staff for meetings.
• Build relationships with referral sources and regulatory agencies; assist with admissions.
• Collaborate with Beacon leadership to improve operations, compliance and staff performance.
• Uphold professional conduct at all times.
