Qualifications

• Ensures compliance with company policies and licensing requirements.
• Supervises Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to maintain high-quality care.
• Manages census, budgeting, payroll costs, and scheduling to meet financial targets.
• Conducts on-site staff training and supervises performance through annual reviews.
• Coordinates with regulators and licensing agencies as required.
• Maintains HIPAA-compliant records and protects client confidentiality.
