Qualifications

• Experience supervising Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to deliver high quality care.
• Ability to manage home budgets and scheduling while meeting regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of licensing standards, recipient rights, and accrediting bodies.
• Strong communication and collaboration with supervisors, regulators, and referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements across assigned homes.
• Operate home(s) to meet budgets and clinical effectiveness targets.
• Supervise DSPs and develop staff training to ensure quality care.
• Maintain home facilities, systems, and furnishings in good order.
• Assign maintenance tasks and coordinate with maintenance/ supervisors.
• Assist supervisor with contracting for services and evaluate contractors.
• Maintain cleanliness and daily duties for all shifts and report findings.
• Communicate daily with direct supervisor and manage on-call hours.
• Prepare meeting spaces, schedule staff for meetings, and support admissions coordination.
• Build positive relationships with referral sources and regulatory agencies.
• Collaborate with Beacon leadership to improve operations and employee performance.
• Uphold professional conduct and represent Beacon positively.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the company.
