Job summary

Qualifications

• Compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to deliver high-quality care.
• Maintain home facilities and coordinate repairs and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned home(s) to meet budget and clinical goals.
• Supervise DSPs and ensure staff are trained to provide high-quality care.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure facilities and vehicles are in good order.
• Coordinate contracting for services and assess contractor performance.
• Schedule staff, manage on-call hours, and prepare meeting rooms for monthly home meetings.
• Build relationships with referral sources and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve quality of operations and compliance.
