Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Two years experience working with people with disabilities.
• CPR/First Aid.

Responsabilités

• Ensure safety, welfare, and plan of care for residents.
• Schedule medical appointments and consult with Nurse.
• Coordinate transportation, staffing, and on-call coverage.
• Mentor and supervise Direct Support Professionals.
• Hire DSP staff and coordinate training.
• Visit sites biweekly to ensure safe, clean homes.
• Maintain person-centered environments reflecting residents’ wishes.
• Manage attendance, billing notes, and electronic records.
• Administer medications as needed and address emergencies.
• Complete staffing schedules and payroll.

Connaissances

Valid driver's license

CPR/First Aid

Experience with people with disabilies

Formation

High School diploma or GED with two years of cumulative experience

Associate’s degree in Human Services

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related field
