Job summary

Premier Community Services seeks a Residential Home Manager to oversee day-to-day supports for one to five homes. You will supervise Direct Care staff, arrange coverage, and ensure staff training aligns with individual plans and policy guidelines.

You’ll manage schedules, budgets, and medication assistance while promoting independence and community involvement. You’ll also maintain documentation, support healthcare management, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to address behavior

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of two years of verifiable experience with individuals with disabilities.
• Must pass criminal background, sex offender, and violent offender checks prior to employment and annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and coordination for community programs assigned.
• Directly supervise Direct Care staff in homes assigned.
• Arrange proper staff coverage for consumer homes and train staff per policies.
• Maintain training and in-services for all supervised homes.
• Assist with medication management and healthcare coordination as needed.
• Follow Individual Plan/PCP and document outcomes and steps.
• Monitor finances, scheduling, and transportation for individuals served.
• Ensure safety, rights protection, and community inclusion for individuals.
