Job summary

St. John’s Community Services is seeking a Home Manager to lead residential teams across group homes and supported living. You will direct staffing, ensure Support Plan implementation, and maintain safety, compliance, and quality of life for individuals served.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with management, and manage on-call coverage while ensuring accurate records, medication management, and timely incident reporting. A health certificate and driving record are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; A.A. or B.A. preferred.
• Requires two+ years related experience working with persons with disabilities; community-based experience preferred.
• Must meet criminal background checks and drug screening requirements.
• Valid health certificate and driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Medication Administration training and Crisis Intervention training preferred; CPR/First Aid a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a strong residential support team to operate quality services.
• Provide direct coverage in emergencies and 24-hour on-call management.
• Oversee medication administration and ensure MAR accuracy.
• Attend assessment and Support Plan meetings; ensure plan implementation.
• Ensure safety, incident reporting, and compliance with policies and funding requirements.
