Job summary

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, seeks a Supervisor Residential to oversee day-to-day activities for individuals receiving support and to lead Direct Care Staff. The role emphasizes onboarding, training, and regulatory compliance to ensure high-quality care.

You will collaborate with case managers, families, and guardians, promoting safety and satisfaction while managing schedules and program operations in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services required
• 1–2 years’ experience preferred or equivalent
• CPR and First Aid certified
• Valid driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
• Licensure as required by state
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Effective communication and compassionate approach

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities and appointments for individuals receiving support
• Coordinate, supervise, and maintain schedules for Direct Care Staff and oversee daily program operation
• Ensure onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training is delivered
• Provide input in hiring, performance evaluations, and termination decisions
• Foster positive relations with case managers, referral agents, and families
• Maintain relationships with families/guardians and implement satisfaction plans
• Monitor safety and regulatory compliance of living environments and activities
