ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a Residential Care Associate II for Madrone Ridge SRTF in Junction City, OR. This part-time role supports residents per individualized treatment plans with focus on personal care, environmental interventions, and group activities, under supervision, including medication administration and documentation.

You'll join a team committed to whole-health outcomes and must meet QMHA eligibility within MHACBO.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science is required or related field.
• 3 years of verifiable behavioral health experience in a supervised setting.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Aufgaben

• Provide support to residents per individualized treatment plans.
• Administer prescribed medications and document on medical charts.
• Assist with transportation and participate in group activities as assigned.
