Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a Residential Care Associate I at the Columbia Rose RTF in Portland, OR. You will provide compassionate companionship, assist with daily living activities, and support residents through personalized care plans.

Under RN supervision, you’ll pass medications, help with meals, and transport clients to activities while maintaining documentation and adhering to program requirements. Training includes MHACBO-accredited CEUs and paid supervision.

Qualifications

• Caregiving and/or mental health experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass DHS background check.
• Direct care staff must be 18 or older at hire per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide caring companionship and assistance with daily tasks to clients.
• Assist with personal care services and development of daily living skills.
• Help with meal preparation, clean-up, and food purchasing while encouraging client participation.
• Transport clients to and from the program and document services per productivity standards.
